Our state-of-the art cardio room features Precor treadmills, ellipticals, constrainers, both upright and recumbent bicycles and stair steppers for a full cardio experience. Our separate weight training room offers you Icarian circuit training machines, weight benches, free weights and much more to help you strengthen, tone and refine. The Pilates Studio features Peak Pilates Deluxe Reformer II's to help you make the most of your workout.
